1- A 24 hours in advance cancellation notice is required and greatly appreciated.
For appointments booked in advance, a credit card will be required to retain the appointment.
50% of the treatment cost will be charged if failure to cancel within the 24 hours.
2- When coming for the first time, it is necessary to arrive at least 15 minutes before the appointment begins, in order to fill out the initial health history and assessment.
3- If contact lenses are worn, it is advisable to bring a case to the session, so they can be safely removed and kept during the length of the treatment.
3- Treatments are provided by a licensed massage therapists and all clients will be treated professionally.
Any illicit or sexually inappropriate remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session and the full payment of the treatment.
